You will work directly with leaders who believe in celebrating successes and sharing learnings with other teams to promote progress.Job DescriptionAnalyzes information technology (IT) requirements in business processes, through requirements elicitation, solutions identification, risk analysis and collaboration across (IT) teams. Applies experience and seasoned knowledge, skills, and practices to perform a variety of assignments.WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Lead meetings with senior stakeholders to gather and document data requirements
  • Prepare mapping documents and business specifications
  • Data Analysis & Reporting – Develop and maintain centralized real-time dashboards to provide insight to system reliability, performance and availability
  • Support the dataset ingestion, classification, registration and/ or consumption processes, working closely with DCM (Data Content and Modeling) and Data Fabric teams
  • Documentation -Creating and maintaining documentation.
  • Support data consumption strategy by creating queries/ views based on consumer requirements

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?Must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, engineering
  • Extensive knowledge in the following systems: VIX0 – GSS Actimize (which is soon migrating to SurveilX), CALMA, SMARTS, Corporate System, Data Fabric and Iron Mountain, KX, Archer, PPL & SAI360
  • Experience with automation & tooling – Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and human error
  • Python and SQL
  • Exposure to data analytics

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience working with SRE and technical teams to identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend improvements. Facilitate the implementation of best practices for incident mgmt
  • Data modeling experience
