This is a permanent, full-time role.The Teaching Office acts as the main source of administrative and operational teaching support in LLC. We have recently completed a restructuring process that will ensure we are able to keep meeting the needs and expectations of both staff and students. As part of this, we are looking for a new member of staff to join our office during this period of change. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy variety in their work and can remain calm under pressure, and who additionally may want to progress in a career providing administrative support in Higher Education (HE) institutions.The successful candidate will be proactive and efficient member of the team working to facilitate the efficient and smooth delivery of the taught curriculum, and as part of that role will administrate programmes and courses as allocated by the Line Manager. - Vocational qualifications (N/SVQ 2/3, ONC or equivalent) plus relevant work experience OR School education to Standard Grade or equivalent plus relevant work experience.
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in a Higher Education environment.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft software packages (Word, Excel, etc).
- Strong communication skills.
- Organisation and time management skills to plan and organise activities and events.
