T9 Specialist is seeking a detail-oriented Trainee Sales Administrator to support our busy events and promotions team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in sales support and administration while contributing to meaningful non-profit campaigns.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and maintain records of event performance.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to event logistics and customer data entry.
  • Support the sales team with customer communications and follow-up queries.
  • Ensure promotional materials are organised and distributed for events.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth event operations.

Requirements:

  • Full right to work in the UK (no Tier 4 or PSW visas).
  • Some experience in administration or customer-facing roles preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to commute to our Manchester office and work at event locations when required.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
