At Linklaters, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and strongly encourage you to apply.About the role:As a Business Development & Marketing Manager and with the support of an Advisor, you will work closely with the Senior BDM Manager. As a team you will support the Banking practice, assisting the partners and associates on the development and implementation of BD&M plans and initiatives.Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Support all three Banking workstreams, gaining deep knowledge and building credibility with our partners.
  • Help to develop and execute business development plans strategically aligned with the Banking business plan.
  • Contribute significantly to raising the practice’s external profile. This will involve product-specific campaigns, thought leadership, PR, client and industry events, as well as an online presence.
  • Take the lead in managing the core business development infrastructure, ensuring it meets the needs of partners and clients within Banking.
  • Assist in nurturing priority client relations and planning business development initiatives relating to client targeting.
  • Oversee the directory and awards submissions for the group.
  • Help develop and manage the team’s internal communications.

We are ideally looking for:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Experience producing accurate and quality RFP/pitches.
  • Exposure to legal services/professional services firms.
