We operate across Europe, Caspian, Middle East, and Africa.We are now looking to recruit a Sales Support Consultant to join the Sales Support Team based in their offices in Helsby, Cheshire on a Hybrid basis.Previous administrative experience will be an advantage. You will need to have a confident telephone and email manner and be able to multi-task comfortably. You will collaborate closely with Directors and technical teams.This is a full time (40 hours per week) position where hours can be flexible. The role will be hybrid working, where a mixture of home and office work will be required.Sales Support Consultant – Tender Opportunities. (40hrs pw – 12 months Maternity Cover) Helsby, CheshireKey Responsibilities:As part of the Sales Support Team but working closely with others within the Sales & Business Development Team:
- Search various portals for new frameworks and opportunities as well as receiving direct invitations which can be distributed promptly throughout RSK
- Keep up to date with RSK’s developing range of services to ensure advantage is taken of all opportunities.
- Record and update all distributed opportunities onto the central CRM system.
- Chase feedback from all opportunities to record where each one is up to.
- Maintaining an organised Inbox. Every email is to be distributed or replied to in a timely manner.
- Provide sales support to the Sales & Business Development Team as and when needed.
- Consult with the prequalification support team to ensure e-portal profiles are up-to-date and accurately reflect the services offered to ensure maximisation of opportunities.
- Update e-portal log-in details when required.
- Work along side the framework team and may assist with maintaining framework information and keeping track of all frameworks RSK has been awarded onto.
- In addition to your normal duties, you may occasionally be required to undertake additional work necessary to meet the needs of the business in other areas within the Team.

- Fully competent using MS Office, MS Teams, CRM systems, LinkedIn, and the internet for research.
