Support WorkerAs a Support Worker at London Paramount Care, you’ll have a challenging but fulfilling job. Working with a small group of 2 to 3 vulnerable adults with learning difficulties and other complex needs, you’ll provide personalized care and create a calm, safe living environment.You will offer a high level of care and support, enabling them to live the life they choose. This includes planning social and leisure activities, providing counseling, and escorting them on outings.   • If not already attained, by the relevant date, attain the Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
