Learning Support Assistant – TamesideAre you ready to step into a fulfilling role where you can make a real difference in students’ lives?Position: Learning Support Assistant (Tameside) Responsibilities:
- Individualized Student Support: Provide direct assistance to students with special educational needs (SEN) or those who require extra help in class. This includes aiding with assignments and enhancing their understanding of key concepts.
- Inclusive Classroom Support: Work alongside classroom teachers to ensure that students with special needs are integrated into mainstream classrooms. Modify materials and adapt lessons to meet diverse learning needs.
- Behavioural Guidance: Collaborate with teaching staff to implement behaviour management strategies that create a supportive learning environment.
- Tailored Learning: Assist teachers by adapting lesson plans and teaching methods to suit the varied needs of students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
