Job Description:Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive orthodontic evaluations, including examination, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Develop customized treatment plans based on patients’ specific needs and goals.
  • Implement orthodontic treatments, such as braces, aligners, retainers, and other corrective appliances.
  • Perform adjustments and periodic check-ups to ensure the progress and effectiveness of ongoing treatments.
  • Monitor patients’ dental development and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required.
  • Educate patients and their families about proper oral hygiene practices during orthodontic treatment.
  • Collaborate with other dental specialists, including oral surgeons and general dentists, for interdisciplinary cases.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in orthodontic techniques, tools, and research.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Adhere to strict infection control and sterilization protocols.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Dentistry from an accredited dental school.
  • Completion of an accredited Orthodontics residency program.
  • Valid state dental license and Orthodontics specialty license.
  • Proven experience in orthodontic practice, including knowledge of a wide range of orthodontic techniques and appliances.
  • Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
