You excel at building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring clear communication and a supportive environment. With experience in providing personal care, including assisting with hygiene routines, you are committed to meeting the individual needs of each child. Your understanding of child development allows you to adapt activities to suit diverse needs, while your knowledge of safeguarding and health and safety practices ensures a safe and nurturing environment. You thrive in team settings, contributing to the overall success of the nursery, and are proactive in finding solutions to challenges.
