Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manufacture airfield lighting test equipment and other products using established methods and processes.
- Ensure production quality and safety standards are maintained.
- Proactively develop knowledge and skills in assembling and testing products.
- Be responsible and accountable for achieving expected production results.
- Focus on meeting production targets while maintaining high standards of product excellence.
- Continuously improve understanding of manufacturing processes to enhance product quality.
Skills and Experience:
- Hands-on experience with tools
- Familiarity with mechanical/electrical/electronics
- Thrive under pressure, meeting deadlines with ease
- Team player with strong communication
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Exceptional time management skills
