So, what we are looking for? Very simple: we need driven, motivated and passionate German fluent speakers to our Client in their fast growing DACH Team of Lease Consultants.This is an exciting, enjoyable and rewarding position, based in Dublin 2, where you will be mainly asked to:
- Manage a portfolio of existing leasing contracts in our Client’s management tool Live Track;
- Make Outbound and inbound calls, according to the needs;
- Renegotiate existing leasing contracts with business and private property owners;
- Liaise with Lease Processor Team to ensure correct issuing of new Leasing Documents;
- Review leasing documents and ensuring conditions are implemented accordingly;
You are the ideal candidate for this great role, if you are:
- A totally fluent German speaker, with fully proficiency in English;
- Excellent with interpersonal & communication (verbal & written) skills.
- Highly self-motivated & performance orientated;.
- Having Inside Sales experience & experience reading legal and/or real estate documents would be an added advantage!
Our Client, based Dublin City Centre, is offering a Permanent & full-time position with a generous basic salary plus a lovely commission structure. And after 6 months, you can work on a hybrid module. Please also note that on top of that, there are will be also benefits that include:
