Park Surgery in Horsham, West Sussex has an opportunity for a 8 session salaried GP. Located in the town centre with on-site parking available.We are looking for a dedicated professional to step into this role and thrive within our large busy practice and team. We can offer a flexible/hybrid model with the option of a term time contract. We encourage and support profession development and training in special interests.Horsham is an excellent place to work, being an attractive market town surrounded by beautiful Sussex countryside.We are a large practice with 23,000 patients and supporting infrastructure to match. The team comprises 6 GP Partners, 3 salaried GPs, 3 ANPs, 6 PAs, 3 Clinical Pharmacists and a team of highly experienced Practice Nurses & HCAs. We have an extensive PCN workforce consisting of Clinical Pharmacists, Paramedics, a Pharmacy technician, Social prescribers, Care Co-ordinator’s, a 3 First Contact Physio and a Physicians Associate.Main duties of the jobProvide high quality medical services to patients on a personalised list and other registered patients with the practice including any administration connected with those services.Provide a full range of services in line with the requirements of the GMS Contract and Enhanced Services Contracts. Effective management of long-term conditionse. Processing of administration in a timely manner, including referrals, repeat prescription requests and other associated administrative tasksf. On a rotational basis, undertake Late Doctor roles once a month.g. On a rotational basis, undertake Extended Hours 2 Hrs a month.h. Maintain accurate clinical records in conjunction with good practice, policy and guidancei. Identify, implement and embed best practice through clinical guidelines and the audit processj.
