Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?In this role, you will be responsibility to develop BFS leader coaching effectiveness through reinforcement of consistent practice management routines in order to drive successful business outcomes. You will serve as a strategic advisor to the RVP-BFS and VP, Commercial, helping to build and execute effective routines with VPs. Also, you will act as a steward of National Office strategy in order to embed and sustain strategic initiatives, both regional and national, and serve as a feedback channel from the region back to National OfficeWhat will you do?

  • Identify with leaders personal areas of opportunity for coaching their personal skills development
  • Participate in developing Practice Management Agenda items for leadership meetings
  • Facilitate Practice Management Skill building activities during meetings
  • Conduct Observational Coaching sessions with leaders – i.e. WGS, Early Stage Coaching, Post-Contact
  • Consult with MI&I where appropriate regarding initiatives that need to be embedded and sustained
  • Bring coaching expertise forward to the leaders and build confidence in their capabilities

What do you need to succeed?

  • Previous leadership experience
  • Knowledge/experience across RBC Canadian Personal & Business banking
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven sales/management skills within RBC
  • Strong Impact and influence competencies
  • Ability to build partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Initiative and conceptual thinking

Nice-to-have

  • Business banking experience
  • Knowledge of industries (ex. Supply Chain, Healthcare, etc.)
