An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Stoke on Trent Talking Therapies Service. The Stoke-on-Trent Talking Therapies Service is a partnership between North Staffs Combined Health Care, the Midlands Partnership Foundation Trust and third sector providers and is an innovative high performing IAPT team providing effective treatments for a broad range of mental health problems in primary care, focusing on anxiety disorders and depression.We are looking to recruit several trainee CBT Therapists. You should have experience working in a mental health setting and ideally hold a core mental health professional qualification. You will need to apply in parallel to the Post Graduate Diploma in CBT via Keele University website for the 2025/26 cohort commencing in January 2025. You must be available for academic screening on 16/10/24.If successful, you will be funded to work as trainee HITs within the Stoke on Trent Talking Therapies Service.Main duties of the job. Assess clients for suitability for psychological interventions within the stepped care model and formulate, implement and evaluate therapy programmes for clients..
