- MD license
- 1 year of experience
- With OR experience
- BLS
- ARRT
- ARRT Advanced
- Cerner experience
- Electronic Documentation required
- Teaching Hospital Experience required
- Community Hospital Experience required
- Trauma Level I Experience preferred
