Axcis Education is seeking an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to work in secondary schools. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a UK school, with a strong understanding of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). An Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service is essential. The role involves providing tailored support to secondary school students with SEND, collaborating with teaching staff and the SENCo to ensure effective learning and progress. Strong communication skills, a passion for supporting young people, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are key.
