Essentials

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services; or equivalent; or a preparedness to work towards the same.
  • Demonstrate commitment to continuing professional development.
  • 3 years’ experience working with children in the last 5 years and at least 1 year at senior level.
  • Detailed understanding of the government policy agenda and emerging proposals for future with specific focus on Children’s residential sector
  • Supervision or management experience.
  • Working with children, young people and their families.

Experience:

  • Management in a children’s residential: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
