Job Summary This role will lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Business Technology while applying complete wide/deep business knowledge, advanced technical skills, enterprise standards, and industry best practices.Job DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?This role will lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Business Technology while applying complete wide/deep business knowledge, advanced technical skills, enterprise standards, and industry best practices.What will you do?

  • Designing and coding networks of application programs; performing testing for developed applications.
  • Reviewing, analyzing, and modifying programming systems, including integration, encoding, testing, debugging, and deploying for medium-scale systems.
  • Ensuring the operating efficiency of existing application systems and continually enhancing them.
  • Maintaining records for the documentation of systems development and revisions.
  • Conducting analyses of organizational needs and goals for the development and implementation of application systems.

What do you need to succeed?Must-have

  • Professional with experience providing rapid yet sustainable technical solutions to business challenges.
  • 7+ years working with production applications support.
  • 3+ years working with .NET application design & development, and database design & modeling.
  • Advanced problem solving / analytic skills and ability to resolve business and technical issues.
  • Experience with projects involving integration of disparate types of enterprise technologies and platforms.

Nice-to-have

  • Post-secondary degree in IT or related.
  • Working knowledge of AML compliance requirements and regulations for Canada and the USA.
  • Understanding of RBC / financial products and services.
