Key Responsibilities as a SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs.
• Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to implement tailored educational plans.
• Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Encourage positive social interactions and assist with emotional regulation.
• Support the development of students’ confidence, self-esteem, and communication skills.

Requirements as a SEN Teaching Assistant:
