Working alongside the team to ensure every aspect of the fabric is performing. In our Home team, the Fabric Techs.About the RoleStep into a dynamic position where you’ll be the go-to expert, providing vital technical support to our Fabric Technologist, Product Team, and suppliers. You’ll play a key role in overseeing the product journey, ensuring our rigorous approval procedures are met and swiftly addressing any exceptions. Your expertise will drive the development and sourcing of top-quality fabrics, maintaining the high standards our Menswear line is known for. By actively monitoring customer returns and online reviews, you’ll take action to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction. Your role will also involve advising the customer service team on product-related concerns, collaborating with the warehouse and suppliers to resolve any quality issues with delivered stock. When technical challenges arise, you’ll be at the forefront, finding effective solutions that keep our products at their best.We are deeply committed to sustainability, and you’ll be instrumental in ensuring our fabrics meet not only quality standards but also our environmental goals. Your efforts will contribute to sourcing materials that align with our sustainable practices, helping us create products that are both stylish and eco-friendly.About YouWith a solid grasp of textiles technology, construction, testing, and manufacturing methods, you bring a flexible mindset ready to adapt to the ever-changing demands of our business. Your exceptional eye for detail ensures technical information is communicated clearly and accurately, while your highly organized nature helps you prioritize tasks effectively. You’re a confident and articulate communicator, capable of working seamlessly with both internal product teams and external suppliers.
