Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?RBC Family Office Services assists clients in creating comprehensive financial plans and estate planning strategies. As the Regional Administration Coordinator you will be responsible for providing support to the Financial Planning Specialists, Will and Estate Consultants, and Business Owner – High Net Worth Planning Services Specialists to enable them to focus on providing superior client service.What will you do?Oversee the efficiency of day-to-day operationsFulfill administrative duties: Printing, packaging ,and mailing of client reportsManage specialist calendars and meeting materialsComplete monthly expense reportsMaintain and order equipment and suppliesManage files and records, and complete travel arrangementsAssist with preparations for business seminars and special eventsAdhoc projects supporting Family Office Services business initiativesWhat do you need to succeed?Must have:A minimum of two years of experience in a similar position in the financial industryStrong working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeEffective written, verbal and electronic communication skillsSelf-motivated and able to work with minimal supervisionAbility to work effectively with others and be perceived as a team playerAbility to work under pressure to meet deadlinesGood attention to detailStrong time management skillsNice to have:IFICCSCWhat’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
