oyle Collection is an equal opportunities employer.We are looking for an energetic and passionate Front Desk Receptionist to join the Front Office Team at The Westbury, an award-winning Luxury 5-Star Hotel in the heart of Dublin.As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the friendly face our guests see when they first arrive at our hotel. Providing a warm welcome and anticipating guests needs will come as second nature to you, as will be your impressive multi-tasking skills.You will serve as a key point of contact for our guests and visitors and be responsible for providing information and guidance services for a wide variety of enquiries.You will provide an outstanding guest experience, ensuring that the highest levels of standards are delivered at all times.You will also respond to guest requests in a prompt manner and assist in the efficiency and smooth running of the Front Office department.As a Front Desk Receptionist you will be an excellent team player and you will have pride and attention to detail in your work.
Ideally, you will have experience within a similar role & within a similar environment, although this is not essential.The perks of working at The Westbury Hotel:
