You will work as part of a team to:Build long-term relationships with clientsInvestigate and determine clients wants and needsPlan and implement campaign and digital strategies for clientsOptimise content in order to improve SEO/SEM/Social/PRPresent and train on media strategies to clientsAnalyse the effectiveness of campaignsRecommend, design and implement projects to increase their ROISet up a list of KPIs to track for each clientPrepare and present reports on their progressKeep abreast with new trends and insightsThe PackageWe are looking for a motivated and conscientious individual who has a minimum of 3-5 years experience in hands on strategic/campaign planning roles, ideally this will have been in a similar creative agency.You will know LOVE putting forward plans and proposals that demonstrate how they will achieve KPIS and you’ll have as much knowledge about traditional and print as well as digital media channels; Display, Paid Social, Email, PPC & SEO, selecting the right channels for the job.You will dot all of the I’s and cross all of the T’s – accuracy is a key requirement. Optimising and reporting on results all the way.You will work effectively under short time pressures and be able to handle multiple projects at a time.You’ll be experienced in Google Ads and Meta Ads Campaign Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Advanced Excel and Powerpoint.In return we offer hybrid working with most of the team working from home Mondays and Fridays and in the office Tuesday to Thursday.We offer all the usual agency stuff including 31 days holiday (incl. public holidays and 3 days at Christmas),Most importantly we love what we do and we have fun doing it!The AgencyVivid is an award winning brand, creative and advertising Agency based in Manchester, working for tourism, heritage and placemaking clients throughout the UK.
