Join us and discover how our people write our story.SALARY: £27,500 – £30,500MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE BUSINESS:As a Graduate Workday Integrations Consultant in Kainos, you’ll work as part of a team of integration consultants on a project, supporting the successful delivery of integration solutions for the cloud-based Workday HCM system. With the support of more senior consultants, you’ll work to capture requirements, document, implement, deploy and support integration solutions within a Workday implementation project.You will develop and share expert knowledge of the Workday product and integration platform toolset, as well as HCM / Financials business domain knowledge. You’ll build strong relationships with our customers to understand their requirements, ensuring that the integration solution is aligned to their needs, fit for purpose and commercially viable. You’ll know when to appropriately escalate issues and seek support from your more experienced team members.Upon completion of the 12-month Early Careers Programme, you will have gained knowledge and skills to help transform the organization and set you on the path to becoming the next generation of leaders at Kainos. Fun fact – 11 of our 17 leadership team members have graduated from our Early Careers Programme!MINIMUM (ESSENTIAL) REQUIREMENTS:Currently studying or have completed a Bachelors degree in a relevant technical and/or business subject, e.g. IT/Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Human Resources, Economics, Integrations etc.An understanding of XML, XPath and XSLT, and knowledge of an object-oriented programming language (preferably J2EE)Basic understanding of cloud computing, web services and associated integration challengesGood communicator, you will be willing to assume a customer facing role, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clientsCapable of working within teams and alongside customers, as well as on your own individual tasks with limited supervision. Able to manage your time effectively and record it accuratelyAble to apply all relevant standards and procedures to your own work, maintaining high quality and accuracy at all timesAware of the importance of confidentiality and non-disclosure policies and/or agreements and ensure security of information at all timesAble, if required, to travel to customer sites in the same region (minimal out of region travel may also be required)Commercial understanding of utilisation within a services organisation and the importance of these targetsDESIRABLE:Basic understanding of Human Resource, Financials, or Payroll operations and/or software integrationsTHINGS TO KNOW BEFORE APPLYING:At Kainos, we work with a diverse range of clients and some of our projects require travel.
