Full Time Teaching RoleJanuary 2025 start (or sooner depending on availability)Winchester areaWe are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic English Teacher to join a secondary school in Winchester. The successful candidate will teach English across Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering a love of literature and language.Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to KS3 and KS4 students
• Inspire students to develop their reading, writing, and communication skills
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing tailored feedback
• Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – this role would be suitable for both experienced teachers and ECT/NQT’s.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching English
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Commitment to student development and academic excellence
