To ensure the operational day to day management of those premises is effective and runs smoothly. Ensure a quality service in line with the Service Level Agreement, National Specification for Cleanliness in the NHS and NHS Guidance is provided and maintained.To audit and monitor external and internal contractors supplying soft and hard FM services.The successful applicant will need to show they have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and will need to be flexible, self-driven and adaptable. Must be a car driver and hold a full UK driving licence.We offer excellent working conditions, including training and a contributory pension scheme. We are actively implementing equal opportunities in employment and service delivery and seek people who share our commitment.Main duties of the job*To provide proactive, comprehensive, efficient and effective overall day to day management of designated premises, staff and services.*To line manage Reception, administration and other relevant staff.*To manage all site appropriate budgets.
