Job Reference: 40342Registered Nurse (NMC pin required)(Please note – you must be eligable to work in the UK)Location: BournemouthPay Rates: Up to £53,664 per year / Up to £21.50 per hour (Based on 48 hours per week)Shift Patterns: Day ShiftsAs a nurse, you will collaborate with the care team, delivering all necessary aspects of patient care. You will support the nursing care of residents and assist with the daily activities of the home. You will be working with one of the Top 20 Large Care Home Providers in the UK.Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the care team, including other nurse practitioners.
- Provide comprehensive care in partnership with the care team.
- Maintain a consistently high standard of care services.
- Address residents’ personal care needs while upholding their dignity and fostering independence.
- Contribute to the nursing care of residents.
- Participate in the daily operations and activities of the home.
Qualification/experience:
- Strong experience as a Nurse within a Nursing Home setting.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors, and staff.
