We are looking for Graduate Consultants to join our growing Management Consultancy team. The 18-month Graduate Programme will offer:· Professional and peer-to-peer development and training, covering both technical and soft skillsets· Coaching and mentoring from our outstanding team of consultants· Various internal workplace rotations within different functions of BMT· Client facing work within the Government, Security and Defence domains· Networking opportunities within BMT and our partnered industry bodies· Support in continuous professional development, by providing a pathway to career progression, with the opportunity to become a Consultant at the 18 – month mark.About you· A solid academic background, where we consider applicants from any degree discipline· Previous work experience or extra-curricular activities which demonstrate relevant transferable skills, such as the ability to work with others, the ability to meet deadlines and see work through to completion, leadership and initiative, pragmatism, problem solving and management skills· A confident individual who can perform when working as part of a team or when acting independently, with support from colleagues· Good attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work and adapt in fast-paced working environments· Solid IT skills, familiar using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook· Articulate with good presentation and written communication skills· A willingness to work flexibly and prioritise client needs· The ability to operate effectively in a client’s team, to influence decision makers and work collaboratively with stakeholders· A genuine enthusiasm to contribute to the growth of a successful business· Willingness to become a member of an appropriate professional body, and a desire for further professional development· Some prior Business/ Project/ Management Consultancy experience is preferable but not essential· A willingness to travel is preferableMissing skills?
