  • Deliver lessons to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher
  • Follow the lesson plans provided by the school
  • Maintain a positive learning environment
  • Manage classroom behaviour
  • Provide feedback to regular teachers about students’ performance

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to different teaching environments
  • Strong classroom management skills

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant fieldExperience:Prior experience in teaching or working with children is preferredKnowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the UK national curriculum
  • Ability to engage and motivate students
  • Organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional teaching certifications
  • Experience teaching in a variety of educational settings

Working Conditions:Work in various schools on a temporary basis, adapting to different classroom environments and student needs. Full-time hours with potential for occasional overtime.All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
