- Deliver lessons to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher
- Follow the lesson plans provided by the school
- Maintain a positive learning environment
- Manage classroom behaviour
- Provide feedback to regular teachers about students’ performance
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to different teaching environments
- Strong classroom management skills
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant fieldExperience:Prior experience in teaching or working with children is preferredKnowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of the UK national curriculum
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Organisational skills
- Ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional teaching certifications
- Experience teaching in a variety of educational settings
Working Conditions:Work in various schools on a temporary basis, adapting to different classroom environments and student needs. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
