Our team is a vital part of the Corporate Services department, connecting our clients and partners through a wide variety of departmental and corporate driven initiatives and requirements. We are continuously innovating to support greater efficiency and effectiveness across the department.Reporting to the Senior Manager, Capacity Planning, Contracts and Reporting, you will be a critical member of the team, supporting leadership throughout the department, and liaising with partners across the Bank in support of their budget, plans and reporting needs. Aside from your day to day responsabilities, you will have the full support of your leader to progress your career through the Bank’s customizable Learning & Development programs.What you will do
You will be the principal contact, responsible for activities which include planning, budgeting, reporting and workplan prioritization as well as several ongoing compliance requirements.More specifically you will:
- Manage Prioritization & Optimization Framework: Oversee delivery with business lines, preparing documents and presentations, analyzing inputs, and supporting leadership.
- Planning & Budgeting: Lead annual and triannual activities with Finance, coordinating timelines, documentation, and identifying needs for students, travel, and training.
- Corporate Reporting: Handle quarterly Project Health Reports, semi-annual progress updates, and operational highlights, fostering strong cross-team relationships.
- Risk Management: Conduct annual risk identification and assessment, engaging teams to evaluate operational risks.
- Facilitate Leadership Meetings: Gather input from Senior and Extended Leadership teams on risk management, integrating project risks into existing processes.
- Dashboard Management: Oversee various dashboards (contracting, organizational effectiveness planning & reporting, travel) and ensure data accuracy.
- FAF Authorities & Invoicing: Maintain oversight of FAF Authorities and coordinate Quarterly Questionnaire submissions on behalf of the Corporate Services department.
- Annual Controls Attestation: Lead Corporate Security’s response for the PayCan annual exercise in collaboration with Audit.
- SharePoint Management: Create and manage SharePoint sites for team initiatives.
- Presentation Materials: Develop templates and documents to support departmental goals.
- Leader Learning Program: Identify learning opportunities, develop content, procure providers, and facilitate workshops.

- Experience and developed skills in :
- Enterprise planning, budgeting and reporting
- Building and presenting dashboards
- Gathering, analyzing information and providing reports and statistics using Microsoft Office tools
- Familiarity with operational performance measurement and risk management concepts
Nice-to-have
- Experience with:
- Power BI
- Service Now platform to support planning and reporting
Your education and experience
This position requires a post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., business administration, public administration, accounting, etc.) and 4 years of work experience (e.g., work planning, budgeting, capacity planning, reporting, analytics, etc.).What you need to know
- Language requirement: English and French essential (bilingual) with a minimum starting level of functional (level 4) in second official language. Training may be provided to help reach the required level of fully functional (level 5) in second official language.
- Priority will be given to Canadian citizens and permanent residents

- Salaries are based on qualifications and experience and typically range from $90,535 to $106,512 (job grade 16)
- The Bank offers an incentive for successfully meeting expectations at 5 to 7% of your base salary. The Bank offers additional performance pay (3%) for those who exceed expectations. Exceptional performers who far exceed expectations may be eligible for higher performance pay.
