We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our partner schools in Horley. In this full-time role(8:30am – 3:30pm), you will help students grow academically, socially, and emotionally, working alongside teachers to create a fun and inclusive learning environment.What You’ll Do:
- Help plan and deliver fun, engaging lessons
- Support students one-on-one or in small groups
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom vibe
- Prepare learning materials and resources
- Track and report on student progress
- Build great relationships with students, staff, and parents
What We’re Looking For:
- A genuine love for working with kids
- Experience working with children (preferably in a school setting)
- Strong communication and people skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
- An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to get one)
- Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided)
