Job Duration: 6+ MonthsWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and an openness to learning Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLO). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with JavaScript, Jelly, and other web development technologies. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integrations while ensuring seamless communication across the platform.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, implementation, and customization of ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
• Design and develop complex ServiceNow integrations with other systems.
• Utilize JavaScript, Jelly, and other web technologies to build and enhance platform functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure the platform is optimized for performance and scalability.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, team members, and end-users.
• Stay updated on new ServiceNow features and work towards expanding knowledge in Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLO).
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of ServiceNow solutions to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM development and implementation.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Jelly, and web technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing integrations within ServiceNow.
• Ability to learn and adapt to SLO (Supplier Lifecycle Operations) functionalities.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Experience with other ServiceNow modules and tools.
