Your roles and responsibilities will vary from Customer Consultation which includes: Supporting National Contract Sales Representatives and Developing Relationships with Key Regional Industrial/Vehucle Service Distribution Partners.   • Providing Product & Customer technical and application support
  • Managing and closing large opportunities
  • Managing key strategic distributor accounts
  • Monitoring and developing the sales performance of the existing distribution partners and setting up new partners.
  • Identifying and prospecting for high potential end-users in the territory relative to CP industrial market segments focus and strategy

We seek your expertise in:

  • Presenting, negotiating, and closing deals at local, mid-management, and executive levels with distributors and end users
  • Managing the B2B channel in your assigned region making our products & services available to end users
  • Providing technical information and training on company products and applications.
  • Assisting the National Contract Sales Representative in developing the industrial sales and promoting CP to regional and national distribution partners and during joint visits to the end-users.
  • Partnering with the National Contract Sales Representative on large opportunities with key end users to provide technical support and build out solutions that will drive efficiency for the end user and profitable growth for CP.

To ensure your success in this role, CP requires the following:

  • 2 years’ experience managing industrial distributors and industrial products focused on fastening and/or material removal processes.
  • 2 years previous experience working with customers in energy or the oil and gas market in pneumatic or hydrauluic bolting applications. Experience working with Ship building customers and heavy equipment in the mining market is also a plus.
  • Technical Capability to utilize telecommunication software (Zoom, Teams, Drift) to host virtual meetings, provide online training, conduct virtual product demonstrations, and chat live online with customers.
