International Business Development ManagerReference number: JR242380Location: Homebased – National, UKWorking pattern: Full TimeContract Type: PermanentNumber of roles: 1Grade: K6Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annumWe are looking for an International Business Development Manager to join our team.In this role, you will take on a senior strategic sales role working closely with the head of international markets to develop a global sales strategy for Kaplan Financial products whilst guiding regional sales managers to develop corporate sales within their respective regions. You will also manage international sales in a specific region for both Kaplan Financial and Kaplan Publishing.This is an excellent opportunity for an Account Manager, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.A detailed job description can be viewed . If the link does not work for you, please copy and paste the following URL into your web browser:What you’ll bring to the roleAs an international Business Development manager at Kaplan, you will:Be confident in identifying, understanding, and giving priority to meeting the needs of the customer and potential customers but also supporting other members of the sales team in meeting their targets and developing commercial leads within the corporate sector.Be comfortable taking the lead on projects to expand the market reach of both Kaplan Financial and Kaplan Publishing working with the Head of International markets.(Ideally) have an awareness of the service and products offered by the wider business and be able to utilise this knowledge to achieve additional sales.Have strong communication skills in written and oral information.Demonstrate an ability to be well organised, efficient and self-disciplined.Be able to plan and schedule a variety of tasks in advance and manage priorities as appropriate.Demonstrate a commitment and enthusiasm to achieve goals and targets and deliver a high quality of work.Be self motivated and happy to work independently as well as part of the international markets team.Be technically proficient in Microsoft and Google operating systems.What we doKaplan Professional is a leading provider of apprenticeships, accountancy / tax / finance & banking courses, and professional assessments.
