Overview:We are seeking a Project Coordinator (hybrid) to join our growing team!Position OverviewThe role of Project Coordinator sits within our Operations vertical, reporting to the Operations Director. As Project Coordinator, you will support on the planning and delivery of Client projects. This could be the implementation of one single product, or a combination of products. It’s important to have a to be proactive in your learning, planning and assisting with managing projects, and to be able to work with both Clients and internal teams to ensure projects progress smoothly and complete successfully. It’s important for this role to have a good understanding of educational organisations, how they record, store and use data, as well as a clear understanding of GDPR compliance; along with a basic understanding of the products offered by Education Brands UK. Responsibilities & Qualifications:Position Summary

  • Project Coordination – supporting the planning and implementation multiple Client projects at any one time, applying the appropriate project management methodologies for the client and/or for internal projects. This includes project meetings, realistic planning, completing tasks, related documentation, monitoring, and reporting, and ensuring effective issue and risk management is in place.
  • Client Relationship Management – managing multiple Client relationships at any one time, ensuring that there is regular communication and updates on project progress. This may include setting up and managing Client facing project sites to share plans and related project documents. It’s also important to ensure that there are clear expectations and boundaries of key contact points prior to, during, and following the completion of a project to ensure the Client gets the best experience.
  • Expectation Setting – the ability to set clear expectations with clients is imperative to ensure that Clients can resource their project effectively and be prepared as required (e.g. requirements, data sets, testing).
  • Collaboration – work with colleagues in the wider company to ensure efficient results for Clients. This includes coordinating project stakeholders (internal and external) including any MAT/Trust staff included within project, as necessary.
  • Communication – effective communication and the ability to bridge the gap between customers and internal teams is vital to this role; as is ensuring high quality handovers at key project stages, particularly to Support following a project’s completion.
  • Product and Technical – have a minimum of a basic understanding of the product suite, the features, capabilities, and integrations. Be pro-active in quality assurance which can include technical and data checks, reporting issues and working with the Product and Technical teams as appropriate.
  • Complaints and Escalation Management – ensure that any complaints or issues are escalated to the appropriate person without delay, and that the ongoing management plan for complaints and escalated issues is clear and achievable, to get to a resolution within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Targets and KPIs – meet key targets and KPIs as set.
  • Business Systems – ensure effective use of business systems to share knowledge and ensure business continuity. This also includes using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to manage projects and measure project performance.
  • Compliance – Adhere to strict policies to safeguard the privacy of all data and to comply with GDPR.
  • Culture – Champion a caring, collaborative, and collegiate culture that puts the customer front and centre.

We are looking for someone who brings…

  • Experience of software project management for external clients
  • Some experience of working with a formal project methodology would be a bonus
  • Experience within an Ed Tech company or within a school setting is desirable
  • Good customer facing presentation and interaction skills
  • Highly organized, with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and Clients
  • Excellent communication both written and verbally
  • Excellent IT skills including comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
