Full time: Residential Property Solicitor – BristolWe have an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor, 3 years PQE, to join our busy and highly regarded conveyancing team.You must have a range of experience advising clients on the following:-Purchases (registered and unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership, new build);Sales (registered and unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership);Re-mortgaging;Transfers of equity;Equity release;Right to buy; andLease extensions.Excellent salary and benefits on offer.If you are interested please submit your CV to Tanya Browns recruitment team as directed.
