To provide a consistently high quality, effective and efficient locum and temporary staffing service to managers and medical staff across the Trust. Be a first point of contact for bank workers and agencies. Engage in and support cross-team working, covering for colleagues as and when required. Take ownership of bookings, agency invoice reconciliation and accurate data input within a defined client area.Main duties of the jobAn exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Nurse Booking Team within Temporary Staffing at London North West University Healthcare Trust, as a Band 3 Temporary Staffing Booking Coordinator who can work in rotation with other Booking Coordinator between 08:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday.The successful candidate will join the booking team and work within the team to provide an excellent, friendly and organised booking experience for our service users.The candidate must be able to demonstrate:o Evidence of team working as well as the ability to work independently.o Excellent communication skills for liaising with managers, bank workers & agencies o Ensuring all queries is responded to in an appropriate time period.o Manage the online bookings to ensure they are a true reflection of the current filled and unfilled shifts.o Ensuring a professional service is provided to all employees and service users over the telephone and face to face.This position will be based onsite at Ealing Hospital.Please note: if you have previously applied for this post you do not need to apply again.About usLondon North West University Healthcare NHS Trust (LNWUH) is one of the integrated NHS Trusts in the country.
