As a team we collaborate to solve problems, contribute ideas and challenge each other to ensure growth and ultimately success for the business and our employees.Job Summary/ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an experienced Treasury Analyst to assist the treasury team in preparing cash position reporting and analysis, initiating/processing electronic payments and investing available funds.
- Management of daily cash operations: input and coordinate wire payments, initiate account funding and transfers, cash positioning, FX trades
- Serves as lead system administrator for maintenance of the treasury workstation/bank portals/purchase card program
- Ensure compliance with Treasury controls and manage company signers
- Leads preparation of short-term cash forecast, provide actual vs. forecast cash variance analysis, and communicates with local mills for weekly payment runs
- Maintain related documentation including bank account authorization matrix and other cash management controls
- Ad hoc financial analysis and other projects as needed
Skills/Experience
- Undergraduate degree, preferably in finance or accounting
- Master’s degree, preferably MBA or focus in finance a plus
- 3-5 years of experience in Treasury and debt/cash management
- CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) credentials a plus
- Previous experience with Kyriba treasury workstations is highly desired
- Desired experience with banking cash and debt management systems
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and meet expected deadlines
- Strong analytical skills and ability to effectively leverage system and spreadsheet applications
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills
- Project Management experience desired
