- Assisting in delivering our operational commitments.
- Developing knowledge and skills in the preparation of maintenance plans, project programmes, specifications and system design to ensure these are delivered to time, quality, and cost parameters.
- Building a working knowledge of our products, systems and strategies for implementation.
- Preparing and maintaining team resource schedules to identify resource utilisation and work with our team of planners and production managers.
- Participating and engaging in the Continuous Improvement of the project identifying efficiencies in execution while promoting engineering excellence, through the adoption of new processes tools and methods of working
- Engaging with multiple disciplines across a several functions to deliver maximum impact.
Essential Skills and Attributes;We are seeking innovative and inquisitive candidates that demonstrate the following;
- Achieved or be on track to achieve a 2:1 or above in a engineering related degree.
- Logical thinking, willing to self-learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem solving
- Ability to work independently, safely and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change
- Enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative solutions
