Requisition ID: 208318Join a purpose driven winning team, committed to results, in an inclusive and high-performing culture.As an RPA Developer you will contribute to the overall success of the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Team ensuring specific individual goals, plans and initiatives are executed and delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. You will also ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with governing regulations and internal policies and procedures.This is a 12 month term position.Is this role right for you? In this role you will:
- Build process automations in accordance with MD’s Blue Prism design principles and conventions
- Configure new Blue Prism processes and objects
- Create and maintain solution documentation
- Perform peer reviews of solution documentation prepared by team members
- Assist with problem solving issues of RPA processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required
- Create, document, and perform pre-UAT testing to ensure developed automations meet defined requirements
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if you have:
- College diploma or university degree in Business Administration or Information Technology
- 1-2 years’ Blue Prism experience is required
- Working knowledge in programming (C#, Java, Visual Basic, SQL, or other)
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly
- Previous process improvement experience desirable
- Familiarity with agile approach to project management
- An ability to collaborate
- Demonstrated resiliency and a curious mind
