We are looking to for a Band 3 Clinical Support Worker to join our team. Hospital experience is desirable but not essential.Cookson Attenborough Ward is a busy elective Orthopaedic Ward. Looking for someone to join our friendly and supportive team to work along side trained nurses, to provide a high standard of pre and post operative care.We will provide a supportive atmosphere and clinical supervision and encourage professional development. Team working is an integral part of this unit with all staff enabled and empowered to make a real difference for their patients.Main duties of the jobTo support the Matron and Sisters/charge nurses in maintaining an efficient and effective service. • Satisfactory General Education and Evidence of additional training relevant to role

ExperienceEssential

• 6 Months experience (current) in a Health or Social Care Environment

Desirable

• Three months (within the last two years) experience of working in NHS

SkillsEssential

• Ability to provide basic written reports following care giving episode/event
• Ability to use basic physiological recording equipment and accurately record findings
