We are looking for someone who is passionate about Customer Service, able to participate in the sales development and the smooth running of the location and handle daily invoicing duties. We count on your keen experience to work closely with logistics and manufacturing, ensuring timely order placement, adhering to scheduling requirements, and constantly delivering a high standard of service. You will also focus on building and nurturing customer relationships.About The Role: Exceptional support and customer solutions.Responsibilities:

  • Deal with our customers questions, requests and concerns regarding different animal feeds.
  • Perform the invoicing process daily and perform daily reports to ensure on time invoices.
  • Perform monthly account reconciliations, specific to grain bank
  • Monitor customer accounts for invoicing irregularities and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and propose innovative ideas
  • Must be able to work on various month end invoicing closing duties including overtime if month end falls on a weekend or holiday.
  • Oversee Direct & Pet food shipment as required

Skills and ExpertiseQualifications:

  • Post-secondary education with an emphasis on Finance/Accounting;
  • Ability to work in and contribute to a team environment;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision with a Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Customer management and strong organizational skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of computer competency including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, excel knowledge is a must

  • Work directly with our clients. The client base may include a variety of customers, from independent clients as distributors to individual farmers, and customers covered by a key account.
