Teaching Assistant – SEN/SEMHWe are currently working with a specialist school near Leatherhead who are looking for Learning Support Assistants to support pupils with SEN and SEMH needs.Salary:£83 – £95 Per dayJob Duties:

• Provide support to students with special educational needs (SEN) in classroom settings
• Assist with the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs)
• Support students with learning difficulties or disabilities in accessing the curriculum
• Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment

Required Qualifications:GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and MathsExperience:Prior experience working with children or individuals with special educational needsKnowledge and Skills:

• Understanding of different learning needs and strategies to support them
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Patience, empathy, and flexibility

Working Conditions:

• Work primarily in a school setting
• Full-time hours, Monday to Friday

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
