Our team has an immediate permanent opening for an Engineer.Responsibilities:

• Formulate domestic and international standards for short-distance wireless communication technologies and promote the industry ecosystem
• Promote the incorporation of key research content into WLAN standards
• Collaborate with relevant product and technology research teams to develop high-value patents in the direction of key technologies
• Participate in top-level design, strategy definition, and plan implementation
• Attend standard meetings and discussion of proposal reports

What you’ll bring to the team:

• PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Solid understanding of wireless communication and familiarity with WLAN (IEEE 802.11), PHY and MAC specifications
• A background in standard setting is an asset
• Hardworking, organized, goal-oriented, collaborative, proactive, willingness to go beyond to help team succeed
• Work independently and have a strong teamwork spirit
