Job description
Production SupervisorMonday – Friday, 6am to 4pm. Must be Flexible, paid overtime.Permanent job£40K up to £45kAre you an experienced individual with a background as Production Supervisor? Are you approachable, with a good attention of detail? Then this job role may be for you!Key responsibilities:
- Ensure safe working practices are maintained and ‘standard operations adhered to.
- Perform daily pre-start shift safety toolbox talks for all employees in production team.
- Understand fully the KPI’s which drive business critical performance metrics and ensure the IBA processing plant meets or exceeds them.
- Managing Data collection and reporting, ensuring data is timely, accurate and reviewing each shift data before it is issued to ensure it is factual and accurate.
The ideal candidate should have the following experience:
- IOSH managing safely qualified (minimum). NEBOSH preferred.
- Experience in using Microsoft office suite software.
- Experience of leading teams in a continuous manufacturing environment
- People management, motivation and structured development of the team through performance review to ensure delivery of objectives.
- Offer ingenuity in problem solving – Creativity in maintaining/ maximising production uptime.
- Driven to improve plant performance.
- Hold the required site safety qualifications.
Expected salary
£40000 – 45000 per year
