An exciting opportunity exists for someone with a passion, flair and innovation for Administration and Inspection.Sales and Leasing – Administration Support and Inspection OfficerWe are looking for a friendly, values-driven, knowledgeable and enthusiastic Administration Support and Inspection Officer to join our team, to support our colleagues and help us deliver department objectives and our corporate goals.This is a varied role, providing day to day administrative support to our Sales and Leasing team, in particular lettings and low cost home ownership activities, as well as carrying out regular Property Inspections for our market and mid-market rental properties. Working as part of a small team you will help to deliver high quality housing services to the Association’s customers.Applicants should have experience of working in a Customer Focused environment, have good written and verbal communication skills, excellent organisational skills as well as a high degree of computer literacy. A full UK driving licence is required.Previous experience in Property Sales or Leasing, as well as an understanding of Scottish letting and sales processes is advantageous for this role.Grampian is already a great place to work, we hope you can help us to make it even better!Location: Aberdeen Office, hybrid working is offered.Salary: £27,806 – £30,896, max entry point £29,041.
