Job DescriptionThe Operations Manager will typically supervise entry-level employees and is responsible for leveraging process and procedures to maximize productivity and ensure high-quality deliverables. They also handle the allocation of budget, administering adequacy of resources to support business operations for clients’ satisfaction.About Olympic Peninsula National Park:Designated by UNESCO as an International Biosphere Reserve and a World Heritage Site, Olympic consists of several distinct ecosystems. The over 70 miles of rugged and beautiful pacific coastline, the wild, magical forests, the glacier-capped mountains and the calm lakes, make for an almost impossibly diverse and wide range of natural beauty.Lake Quinault Lodge is one such place. Built in 1926 and sitting above the shoreline of Lake Quinault with an expansive lawn out to the lake, the Lodge retains the turn of the century wooded feeling, with a warm and welcoming nature. The lodge includes an indoor pool, a sauna, a gift shop, and game rooms. COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $78,000 to $82,000. If both numbers in the range are the same, that is that rate that will be paid. If there is a lower number and higher number, the pay will depend on factors such as an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). - Monitor and drive day to day operations
- Manage payroll using company software system.
- Manage quality improvement initiatives for areas of responsibility and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Responsible for staffing, performance management, training, and resource planning
- Lead document management activities to ensure policies and procedures are followed and practices comply with regulations.
