We operate a busy hospitality and events schedule throughout various campus of the university – everything from graduation parties, conferences, dinners, BBQs and other events.This is a fixed term 9 months maternity cover.Location: University College LondonRate of pay: £38,937.60 per annumWorking pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday – FridaySuccessful events manager candidates will be:– Friendly, engaging and with strong customer relationships skills
– Organised and efficient in dealing with multiple enquiries, quotes and orders across various campus
– Ensure that the client expectations of hospitality food and food service are consistently delivered and exceeded
– Experienced in dealing with a wide range of diverse and high-profiled events, conducting regular client meetings and tastings
– Leading full briefings to staff regarding events, detailing food and food service standards to ensure that the staff are fully aware of the client requirements and their role in the delivery
