Job description
My fast-growing client based in Long Crendon is looking for a highly organised and proactive Accounts Administrator to join their expanding team. You will be involved in preparing year end accounts, bank reconciliation and import/export document prep. Duties will include, but not limited to, bank/credit card and multi-currency reconciliation, creating sales invoices, processing supplier invoices, staff wages, and credit control. You will also be the day to day point of contact for customers, suppliers and colleagues so it is essential that you have excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly can-do attitude. To be successful in this role you will need at least 3 years experience with Sage, and excellent MS Office skills. You will be able to work well under pressure and be happy working to strict deadlines. This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about providing first class customer service and colleague support. The salary is 30-31k DOE, and the hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with 30 minutes lunch. This is a fully office-based position, with free on-site parking.
