You will work directly with leaders who believe in celebrating successes and sharing learnings with other teams to promote progress.The Policy & Governance Technology team is responsible for developing and maintaining several enterprise applications, including Archer GRC and the Policy and Procedure Library.What will you do?

  • Manage, maintain, and enhance the development and test environments from an Infrastructure and Application perspective
  • Analyze and troubleshoot incidents and technical issues by reviewing logs and debugging in non-production
  • Deploy updates and promote software packages to non-prod environments
  • Coordinate system upgrades, maintenance, and release activities across environments
  • Collaborate with the delivery and production support teams to ensure consistency between non-production and production environments
  • Manage data feeds and ensure batch jobs run within expected timings, fine-tuning scheduling as needed
  • Produce, update, and review Run Books and Implementation Plans
  • Provide expertise around InfoSec/IT Security best practices and change management policies
  • Work to address security vulnerabilities and maintain proper server hygiene
  • Write scripts to improve efficiency and automation

What do you need to succeed?Must have:

  • 5+ years IT support experience
  • Strong proficiency with Windows Server, IIS, MS SQL, PowerShell
  • Experience diagnosing and debugging performance and security issues
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and dev ops best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with development and support teams
  • Demonstrated independent leadership and analytical skills
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills are a must

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Archer GRC
  • ITIL and/or MCSE Certification
  • .NET and/or JavaScript Experience
